Power of Pilates is an established Pilates studio in Lower Earley, Reading, offering Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates classes for all levels. We’ve been teaching Pilates in the Reading area since 2007, helping thousands of people become stronger, move more freely and feel more confident in their bodies. Our Lower Earley studio offers small group Reformer Pilates classes, Mat Pilates, Restore classes and private 1:1 sessions. Complete beginners are very welcome, as are experienced Pilates clients looking to develop their practice. Classes are taught by experienced, qualified instructors who take the time to get to know the people in their classes and offer individual guidance where needed. The studio is located in Lower Earley, close to Earley, Woodley, Winnersh, Wokingham and Reading, with free parking available.
