6. Reviews and Content

• By posting content, you grant us a licence to display it on our platform

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free listings are available with basic features
• Premium features require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided in accordance with UK consumer law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Limitation of Liability

Wellmap is a directory platform. We do not employ or endorse any listed businesses. We are not responsible for:

• The quality of services provided by listed businesses
• Disputes between users and businesses
• Accuracy of business-provided information
• Any losses arising from use of our platform

9. Intellectual Property

The Wellmap name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Business owners retain rights to their own content and images.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
