Sweheat Sauna is a family-run, independent outdoor sauna experience located at Western Beach, Royal Victoria Dock, in the heart of Newham, East London. We offer restorative, wood-fired sauna experiences close to Silvertown, Canary Wharf, Royal Wharf, Beckton, and Greenwich. Set within a unique waterside setting, Sweheat is a place to unwind, reconnect, and restore.
