Safe and Sound Protocol - Polyvagal-based listening program for nervous system regulation
Hi! I’m Sam - a Unyte certified Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) practitioner. I offer gentle, personalised nervous system regulation support for children and adults. SSP is a sound-based program rooted in Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal theory. The Safe and Sound Protocol uses specially filtered music to stimulate the nervous system directly, helping to support nervous system regulation, build resilience, enhance emotional wellbeing, foster safe connection with others, expand capacity to handle everyday life, and support overall health and wellbeing. I take a flexible, individualised approach, adapting the pace and delivery of the program to each person’s nervous system needs - no matter how sensitive the system. Alongside my SSP work, I have a particular interest and specialism in supporting people with neurodivergent needs, including coaching and supporting clients with autism and ADHD. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and focused on creating a safe, supportive experience for every individual. I am based in Hampshire, but work remotely with clients across the UK and internationally - so you can experience The Safe and Sound Protocol from the comfort of your own home.
