Stourbridge Pilates Rooms is the Black Country's only fully Gratz-equipped Classical Pilates studio — and if you've ever wondered why your Pilates isn't giving you the results you expected, this is likely why. We teach the original Pilates system, exactly as Joseph Pilates intended, using authentic Gratz apparatus: Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Mat. Not a watered-down version. Not a fitness class with Pilates in the name. The real thing. Sessions are small by design, so you're taught — not just guided through a sequence. Whether you're dealing with back pain, poor posture, recovering from injury, or simply want a method that actually works, our teachers will meet you where you are and build from there.
